What we offer

We offer digital wellness products, in particular binaural relaxation audio, and related information and emails. Our products are made for personal development, relaxation support, and general wellbeing.

Health, safety, and your responsibility

The audio uses binaural beats and requires stereo headphones. It is not suitable for people with epilepsy or a tendency toward seizures, pacemakers or similar implants, serious mental-health conditions, during pregnancy (as a precaution), or for anyone under 18. Never listen while driving or operating machinery. You use the audio at your own discretion, and you are responsible for deciding whether it is right for you. If in doubt, consult a doctor first.

Buying and payment

Prices are shown on the relevant product page. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Your order is confirmed once payment is completed and you receive access to the product.

Delivery of digital products

Products are digital and delivered electronically, usually immediately or shortly after purchase, through our platform or by email. Please make sure your email address is correct. If you do not receive access, contact us and we will help.

Right of withdrawal and refunds

Because our products are digital content delivered without a physical medium, specific rules apply to cancellation and refunds. These are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

License to use the audio

When you obtain our audio, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, share, resell, redistribute, broadcast, or make the audio publicly available.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the audio, text, images, the method, and its name, is protected by intellectual property rights and belongs to Roy van Rensch or is used with permission. The name The R.O.Y. Flow Method™ and related branding may not be used without written consent.

No guaranteed results

People experience our products differently. We describe experiences that people often report, but we do not promise or guarantee any particular result. Individual experiences vary and depend on the person.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects the mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of your country of residence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably may be submitted to the competent court in the district of Limburg, the Netherlands.
