This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for the digital products sold on theroyflowmethod.com. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.
The free audio is provided at no cost, so there is nothing to refund. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
Our paid products are digital content delivered electronically, without a physical medium. Under European consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. For digital content, however, this right ends once delivery has begun with your prior express consent.
When you buy a digital product, you are asked to agree that access begins immediately and to acknowledge that, by doing so, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal once you start accessing or downloading the content. This is a standard rule for digital products and lets us give you access right away.
This means that once you have started downloading or accessing a paid audio product, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies and the purchase is final. If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the content, you may still contact us within 14 days to withdraw.
We want you to have what you paid for. If a file is faulty, does not play, or you were charged in error or twice, contact us at info@theroyflowmethod.com and we will put it right, including a refund where appropriate.
Nothing in this policy affects mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence. If those rights give you a stronger entitlement than this policy, those rights apply.
