• Order details: when you buy a product, the information needed to process your purchase (name, email, and billing details). Card and payment details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
• Usage data: basic technical information such as your device, browser, and how you interact with the site, collected through cookies and similar tools.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To deliver what you asked for (the free audio, a purchased product): to perform our agreement with you.
• To send you emails about the method, related audio, and offers: based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by clicking unsubscribe.
• To process payments and meet our tax and accounting duties: to perform our agreement and to comply with legal obligations.
• To keep the site secure and improve it: based on our legitimate interest in running a safe, working website.

The tools and processors we use

We use trusted service providers to run this business. They process data on our behalf under data-processing agreements:

• Systeme.io - our all-in-one platform for the website, email, forms, and product delivery (European infrastructure).
• Stripe - our payment processor, which handles your payment details securely. We do not see or store your full card details.

Where any provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so under appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above: for as long as you are subscribed to our emails or a customer, and afterward only where the law requires (for example, tax records are kept for the legally required period). You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to those legal duties.
